This afternoon saw Mrs Clements step in to supervise our cookery club as Mr Borrell our chef was otherwise engaged. Fresh fruit trifle was the order of the day and as these pictures show after the precise pouring, chopping, arranging and whipping these really were a feast for the eye! The children agreed that they would definitely enjoy eating them, although when asked, a few who had remarked that this was their favourite dessert thought that they might just have to enjoy them all to themselves!
